Base Ball Bear 2008年第1弾シングル!! 表題曲の「changes」は、4/10からフジテレビ"ノイタミナ"他にて放映スタートするテレビ・アニメ「図書館戦争」エンディングテーマに決定。「changes」というタイトル通り、今までの自分と別れを告げ、新しい何かに向かう変化の時の期待感や不安感を絶妙に歌い上げているポップ・チューンで、「図書館戦争」の主人公=郁が高校生の頃より憧れていた図書隊に入隊するところからスタートするストーリーともリンク。表題曲ほか全4曲収録予定。
