最低最悪のコンビ(堺雅人×新垣結衣)が帰ってきた! 偏屈で毒舌、皮肉屋で気分屋、浪費家で人格破綻者ながら、訴訟の勝率は100%という弁護士: 古美門研介とまじめで正義感は強いが融通の利かない新米弁護士: 黛真知子が繰り広げる極上の法廷コメディー!! ――藤井みなみが担任(榮倉奈々)を務める公立うさぎがおか中学校の2年C組の小暮和彦(末岡拓人)が屋上から転落。屋上には和彦の他にも男子生徒がおり、彼らは和彦が隣の校舎に飛び移れると言い出したが、届かず落ちてしまったと話している。幸い和彦は、足やろっ骨の骨折で済み、命に別条はなかったものの、対外的なメンツを守りたい学校側は、いじめではなく友達同士の悪ふざけによる事故だと和彦の母・秀美(堀内敬子)に説明する。高所恐怖症な和彦がそんな行動を取るはずがないと学校側の説明に不信感を抱いた秀美は、黛真知子(新垣結衣)に相談をする。正義感にあふれる熱血弁護士の黛は、自分が請け負うべき依頼だと快諾するものの、一人で確実に勝てるかどうか不安がよぎり、古美門研介(堺雅人)に相談をするが・・・。
