The highlight of the evening was the first and third movements of Saint-Saens' "Piano Concerto No. 2" performed by the virtuoso Maura Limpany. It is a pity that the concerto is not performed in its entirety. The other pieces on the program include the first movement of "Fate" and Tchaikovsky's Suite No. 3.
