『貞子3D』劇場公開記念! 『リング』『らせん』初ブルーレイ化!! ちまたに勃発する原因不明の突然死。呪いが込められたビデオテープの存在の噂は、都市の人々の間に急速に広まっていった。浅川玲子 (松嶋菜々子)は、ある事件を追いかけるうちにそのビデオテープを観てしまう。そのビデオには、観たものを7日間の期間で確実に死に追い込むという、恐怖の呪縛が潜んでいた。玲子は別れた夫の高山竜司 (真田広之)に相談するが、彼もまたそのビデオを観てしまう。息詰まるような限られた時間の中で、彼らは生き残りをかけてその謎に挑む。
