A college student Hiyori's life is suddenly changed when she gets caught up in a mysterious human experiment. The story begins when Hiyori, who has been implanted with an inhuman fighting sense and "another personality" as a result of the experiment, escapes from a certain laboratory. Her pursuers attack her one after another. Hiyori dodges their attacks and knocks them down. However, her "other personality" begins to eat away at her mind and body. Koichiro, a young doctor, saves her from such a crisis. Koichiro and Hiyori soon find themselves working together, and they develop a nostalgic feeling for each other that makes them feel as if they are not strangers. However, their pursuers' attacks intensify. Will there be a "future" beyond the far snowy plains from which they flee...?
