Prelude For Peace

The message of the painting is "As long as the moon shines, the A-Bomb Dome will shine forever.

ジェイコブ・コーラーが3年前に広島で、被爆ピアノの所有者で調律師の矢川光則氏と出会い、原爆ドームで被爆ピアノによるストリートピアノを弾いたことがきっかけ。広島と、平和の為に世界を駆け巡る被爆ピアノの所有者調律師の矢川光則氏に出会って、インスピレーションを受けて作曲したオール・オリジナル曲のフル・アルバムが完成。レコーディングは、80年前に原爆にも耐え生き残った奇跡の被爆ピアノを演奏。広島の原爆ドームと被爆ピアノ資料館にてライヴ・レコーディングを行い、ジェイコブ・コーラーが被爆80年へ平和の祈りが込めた。アートワークはスロバキア出身の画家であり音楽家のLeon Terashima。ジェイコブ・コーラーが原爆ドームで弾いた「荒城の月」にインスパイアされて描き上げた作品。"月が輝く限り、原爆ドームも永遠に輝き続けていく"という、メッセージも含まれている。
