Just received my copy today.Prior to getting my new HQCD version, I had heard the Steve Wilson remaster and it was a step up from the original. The HQCD is even better. the definition is even more three dimensional. Especially ,on the symbols which are historically the hardest to reproduce. As always ,the packaging on these Japanese card board sleeves is exquisite. Highly recommended. I love this band and I love this supplier!

This review concerns the DVD-Audio version only; I have not yet heard the HQCD. However, it will undoubtably impress as this band has always remastered their catalog to the highest standards (they sounded superb even before). I personally don't care much for most 'surround' discs but PT gets the balance right; the main focus of the sound is front & center with tasteful use of the surrounds - nothing 'gimmicky' here. I won't comment on the material - you either know the group or you don't - but if not, then this is a good place to start. This format is somewhat costly, but if demo-quality audio is important to you then it is worth the cost. A fantastic-sounding release from a ground-breaking band. My highest recommendation!
