GRAND PIANOレーベルの新シリーズ"サティ・ピアノ曲全集"は2016年に出版された、フランスで100年以上もの歴史を持つ出版社サラベールの新版を用いての録音。作品によっては世界初録音であったり、またこの改訂版での初録音であったりと、サティ好きの方にとっても大変興味深いアルバム。奏者ニコラス・ホルヴァートが演奏しているのは、コジマ・ワーグナーが所有していた歴史的なエラール。サティが活躍していた当時の音色がそのまま蘇る。作品は年代別に収録されており、初期にみられるショパンの影響を少しずつ脱し、精緻で独自の作風を開拓していく様子も手に取るようにわかる選曲。2014年録音。
