The title "Negligent", lyrics, and sound arrangement are based on a dark, aggressive language that can be seen as a sarcastic and ironic reassertion of an oblique point of view, while the melody and tune of the bright song dare to cohabitate with the song's melody. 「滑稽に踊れ!怠情を。」現代の若者や現代社会の多くの人々が少なからず感じているであろう、漠然として何か釈然としない言葉にもならない不安や焦り。そんな「確かなもの」などどこを探してもないように感じ、つい立ち止まってしまいがちなこの現代の中で、自分という存在をどう模索し、どう見つけていくのか。答えなどないかもしれないこのむずかしいテーマに、真正面から向き合う情熱で楽曲を制作した。制作は「NORE創作ネットワーク」NORE 1st Albumに続く今回の1st Singleも前回と同じスタッフで制作。Sound Producerは五味誠氏(ZEPPET STORE)。写真・デザイン・MV制作は小暮和音氏(制作集団 CONTRAST)。既存のレーベルを介さず、NOREとの感性コラボレーションにより創作された。Negligent(※訳 怠惰)という題名、歌詞、サウンドアレンジには、斜に構えた視点と皮肉で開き直っているとも取れる暗い攻撃的な言葉と、明るい歌のメロディと曲調を敢えて同居させることにより、ただ聴きやすく心地の良い楽曲には留まらない少しトゲのある楽曲に仕上げた。<プロフィール>・2011～Vo,Gt ケースケを中心にNORE結成。埼玉を中心にライヴハウス演奏活動。 2枚のDEMO音源を発売する。何度かのメンバーチェンジを経て現在に至る。・2014～サウンドプロデューサー五味誠(ZEPPET STORE)氏を迎え、音源制作開始・2015～1st mini album「紡ぐ手、伸ばした手」を全国流通で発売。 初の全国LIVE TOUR「CORONA」を決行。・2016～1st Single制作・全国流通販売
