neolog review GACKT's Returner CD/DVD 5

Returner has a bit of old Japanese feel with the flute. Fast ballad, beautiful voice. The instrumental sounds different as GACKT's voice is not covering it.Cube and Birdcage are live versions, nicely done.
Cube is a classic (for me anyway).
This version of Birdcage is easier to listen to (for me).
The video for Returner is awesome. It takes place in Ancient Japan on a battlefield.

Gackt-sama second song in 2007.
Great , really good heavy rock/soft samurai feeling song!
PV ( PROMOTIONAL VIDEO ) was watching like a movie, tnx to him I am now into Japanese history and life..
If you don't like this song, then for sure you will Cube or Birdcage live version from D.R.U.G Party Tour.
And.. Yes! Instrumental version is...!!!! ;)

One of my favorites! I love the flutes in this song, as well as the hard rock sound, and of course his vocals! I also love the video as well, although I get sad when he's killed in it. I've noticed he's died in several videos, but that's beside the point. I even caught my husband watching this when I was playing it. He loves samurais. The lives on the cd as excellent as well. This is one that should not be missed.

Gackt - Returner 5

It took me awhile to actually proclaim myself a fan of Gackt, but this is the single that finally did it for me. The title song is excellent (with a little more edge to it than most songs I've heard from Gackt), and the PV that comes on the DVD is without a doubt one of the best I've ever seen.
Definitely a worthy purchase.

I love this song with all my heart. The flute sound is beautiful and Gackt's voice is so amazing it always gives me chills. The PV is sad but at the same time very beautiful; it gives me sorrow but because it is so realistic.

What else can I say; it's Gackt-sama!

Not all that happy about buying this.
I'm not that very found of this single, but the lyrics I have nothing against and they are really beautiful.
There was also a small crack on the back of the CD-case but not a big thing.
The shippment arrived fast, just had to pay extra to get it to me because of extra payment requierment.
