The fifth student is countertenor Seiichi Uemura. Currently 26 years old, Uemura completed his studies at Kunitachi College of Music and graduate school with excellent grades, and was the first countertenor in history to win first prize at the Japan Music Competition (student division). His soft and beautiful sound, which is hard to imagine from his unique appearance, has both maternal and masculine qualities, and envelops the listener. The album includes pieces from the late Middle Ages to contemporary music. The visual supervisor is author and producer Reiko Yuyama.
