福井晴敏原作のスペクタクル・エンターテインメント超大作が待望のBlu-ray化! 今振り返るべき名作が高画質でよみがえる! ――イージス。すなわちギリシャ神話の無敵の盾の名を持つ最新鋭防空システムを搭載した護衛艦。東京湾沖で訓練航海中のイージス護衛艦〈いそかぜ〉に沖縄米軍基地から奪われた化学兵器〈GUSOH〉が某国特殊工作員によって持ち込まれてしまう。首謀者は、某国対日工作員ヨンファ。先任伍長・仙石恒史は急遽発令を受け乗艦した如月行1等海士が特殊工作員であり、艦長はすでに命を奪われていた事実を知る。しかし、ヨンファと手を結び、国家に対して反旗を翻したのは副長の宮津、その人だった・・・。「現在、本艦の全ミサイルの照準は東京首都圏内に設定されている。その弾頭は通常に非ず」。ミサイルの弾頭には、わずか1リットルで東京を廃墟に変える威力を持った〈GUSOH〉が搭載されていた。一方、防衛庁情報局(DAIS)内事本部長・渥美らが対策を練るが、最新鋭の防衛システムを持つ<いそかぜ>になす術がない。そんな中、仙石はたった一人で艦に舞い戻るが・・・。
