Space Battleship Yamato The Movie appears in the EMOTION BIG JACKET COLLECTION first series as a 32cm x 32cm big jacket edition. In AD 2199, Earth faced extinction due to attacks from the mysterious interstellar nation Gamilas. Radiation contamination from planet bombs spread across the entire surface, gradually eroding humanity forced into underground cities. The Earth Defense Forces were defeated, losing all hope, when a message arrived from Queen Starsha of planet Iscandar 148000 light years away. Iscandar possessed the radiation removal device Cosmo Cleaner D. Furthermore, the message entrusted humanity with blueprints for the Wave Motion Engine, far surpassing human technological levels. Video extras include Theatrical Trailers and TV Spot Collection. Still image extras include pamphlet excerpts, overseas pamphlets, and various setting materials. As a BD video specification, the special footage "Starsha Death Version" released at the time is also reproduced. This product includes only the Blu-ray Disc from the June 2013 release "Space Battleship Yamato The Movie" product code BCXA-714.
