Mika Nakashima has been my favorite female singer for a very, very long time. She has a beautifully deep, flexible, sultry voice that can span over any musical genre and still prevail. This album is a collection of her 'best' songs, which is easily discerned from the name, but I honestly couldn't explain how BEST it really is. It really does show the span of her vocals and how she has travelled through such genres as rock, jazz, and pop over her career. The only regret I have about this CD is that it does not include Seppun or Hi no tori, which are my two favorite songs from her. But, I digress. Her songs will always touch my heart, and I feel that she can reach those young and old, no matter the situation. She just produces a beautiful, lightheartedness.

Bought it because of Glamorous Sky and because I wanted to discover this artist. Favorite other then Glamorous Sky is Resistance. I listen to this album when I go to bed. Its also great when I feel like listening to ballads.
This is a wonderful best album, with all her greatest successes, includes the mega hit ''Glamorous Sky'' (which is the only rock song in her carrer) and hits such ''Yuki no Hana'', ''Aishiteru'' etc.
