A must-have CD for any Castlevania fan, music from "Curse of Darkness" is not only the newest in the series, but also one of (if not) the best. Gripping melodic, dark-themed tunes fill this two-disc set with haunting melodies that truly capture the essence of Castlevania. Sit back and relax as you are immersed in the world of master composer Michiru Yamane, who has created a masterpiece that will be difficult to ever surpass. As if the music weren't enough, the booklet comes packed with extras. There is a Japanese translation of the closing theme song, as well as "comments" by the producer, director, and character designer / illustrator Ayami Kojima. Each track also has a short bit of information about the composition from Michiru Yamane (including the two bonus tracks). There is also a score for the vocal track, and several pages of an illustration gallery featuring several of the game's major characters. This CD will provide any music-lover with countless hours of enjoyment.
