TBS地上波初進出作品が未公開映像を盛り込んで初DVD化、第3巻。 「SKE48」が全国進出を目標に、メジャーになるために必要な様々な要素 (お題)を対決形式で競いながら天下統一 (全国制覇)を目指す、画期的なアイドル戦国バラエティ番組。チームSのメンバーを中心に、松井珠理奈軍と松井玲奈軍の両チームに分かれ、より多くの都道府県制覇を目指し、毎週47都道府県をその県にちなんだ様々なお題で勝負。勝利チームがその県を制覇でき、最終的に、どちらが多くの都道府県を制覇できるかを競う。京都府「利き豆腐対決」、山口県「尻相撲対決」、長崎県「ミカンしぼり対決」、福岡県「ヨーヨーすくい対決」、徳島県「梅干し種飛ばし対決」他を収録。
