TBS地上波初進出作品が未公開映像を盛り込んで初DVD化、第2巻。 「SKE48」が全国進出を目標に、メジャーになるために必要な様々な要素 (お題)を対決形式で競いながら天下統一 (全国制覇)を目指す、画期的なアイドル戦国バラエティ番組。チームSのメンバーを中心に、松井珠理奈軍と松井玲奈軍の両チームに分かれ、より多くの都道府県制覇を目指し、毎週47都道府県をその県にちなんだ様々なお題で勝負。勝利チームがその県を制覇でき、最終的に、どちらが多くの都道府県を制覇できるかを競う。新潟県「利き米対決」、鳥取県「ビーチボール膨らませ対決」、栃木県「餃子作り対決」、福井県「反復横とび対決」、鹿児島県「折り鶴対決」他を収録。
