関わった人間に謎の不審死が続く不気味な場所「黒百合団地」。その不吉な団地を舞台に、すべての元凶であり、最凶のキャラクターの少年・ミノルが陥れる恐怖の世界を描く2話1エピソードのオムニバス・ホラー。『リング』『仄暗い水の底から』で知られる中田秀夫監督が久々に深夜ドラマ演出を手がけ、映画『クロユリ団地』のスピンオフドラマとして映画とは全く違うアプローチで、恐怖の世界を描き出す。――黒百合団地に住んでいた井村奈緒美(松岡恵望子)が、団地内で転落死した。警察は自殺と考えていたが、唯一の身寄りである兄の陽介(駿河太郎)は奈緒美のデジカメに残されていた写真や奈緒美の同僚・葉子(佐津川愛美)の話が気になり、奈緒美の死の真相を探り始める。数々の不振な死の謎を追い続けるうち、陽介は全ての事件に関わるあるキーワードを突き止める。それはミノルというかつてクロユリ団地に住んでいた少年だった。しかし、その陽介にも闇が押し寄せていた・・・。そして、黒百合団地を取り巻いて次々と起こる恐怖の連鎖が繰り広げられる―。全12話収録。
