TV Animation Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (When They Cry) Intro Theme: Higurashi no Naku Koro ni

I instantly fell in love with the song as the OP of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and I've got to say that the full cd-version is equally awesome. The sound quality is simply great and crystal clear, especially on "all alone". Great songs, even the karaoke versions are great to listen at just by themselves. If you like Eiko Shimamiya or Higurashi as a series, you should definetly get this!

Ah, I finally got my order right! Hooray for me!...Anyway, this song was a must have. I had never seen the show before, but a friend let me see/hear the intro theme and knew that I had to get it. I love how nicely the vocals complement the morbid and haunting feeling the music creates. A great buy whether you've seen the show or not. But I do recommend the show though, it's pretty cool.

I first heard the songs on this single from a friend of mine who bought it when it first came out, and when I heard it, I couldn't help but want my own copy. The songs are just so great. The first track, "Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni" has a dark and mysterious sound to it, but that's what makes it so cool. ^ ^ And Shimamiya sings it so well too. And the second track, "All Alone" is very nice. The lyrics give you a somewhat sad and lonely feeling, but the music itself makes you feel free at the same time. I recommend this single to everyone whether you're a Shimamiya/I'VE fan, a Higurashi fan, or just someone looking for good music. This single includes two of Shimamiya's best songs (in my opinion) plus karaoke versions for both of the songs. So there is absolutely nothing bad about this single. Grab it while it's still in print! ^ ^
