ガンダムシリーズの最新作「機動戦士ガンダムUC(ユニコーン)」のサウンドトラック。「機動戦士ガンダムUC」は宇宙世紀を舞台にした作品で、地球連邦とネオジオンの抗争を描く、小説家・福井晴敏の原作(小説は全10巻)をアニメ化。アニメシリーズは全6編からなる連続シリーズとして2010年2月より随時展開。サウンドトラックは、新進気鋭の作曲家・澤野弘之が担当。澤野氏はドラマ「医龍シリーズ」「ハチワンダイバー」「マイガール」、アニメ「戦国BASARA」などの人気作のBGMも担当している。今回の「機動戦士ガンダムUC」はフルオーケストラ編成で、ガンダムの壮大な世界観を再現!!
