In the future, the world is covered with polluted matter and people live in mobile cities called Regios. The main character Lei-Fong, a boy who comes to an academic mobile city Czerni, inadvertently gets into trouble with some students and finds himself in the dropout team "17th platoon" because of that.. Limited edition includes 72-page booklet with newly-written novel "Letter To Letter" by original author Shusuke Amagi, setting guides, inteviewand more.
