Description
The latest work based on the story of a Noh actor, Inu-Oh, who disappeared into history. Directed by Masaaki Yuasa. --In the capital of Kyoto in the Muromachi period, Inu-Oh is a deformed child born to a sarugaku troupe. He is shunned by those around him, and his face is hidden by a gourd mask. One day, Inu-Oh meets Tomona, a young biwa player who has been blinded by Heike's curse. The two exchange songs and dances before their names. Tomona plucks the strings of his biwa, and Inu-Oh stamps his foot. In an instant, their unique breath and world expand.
