This has got to be one of the best OSTs I've listened to. From the start you are transported immediately to a far away land. The music is very rich in tone and flavour and it is due to the wonderful usage of period/medieval instrument giving it a distinctively earthy feel. The booklet also describes these instruments in detail and you will understand why because the game is set in such a world similar to Lord of the Rings. You could listen to this all day and it almost transcends the 'game music' genre into something more higher in appreciation value. It sounds almost authentic in itself.

A beautful soundtrack from a beautiful game. The music is what made Final Fantasy Crystal chronicles even more special. It is medieval inspired but still gives of a fantasy like feeling. I strongly recommend this to persons who like calm music but at the same time can enjoy some fast sounds.
