北欧プログレッシヴ・ロック・シーンの重要人物、ロイネ・ストルト率いるザ・フラワー・キングスが前作から僅か1年6カ月のインターバルでリリースする通算16作目のスタジオ・アルバム。オリジナル・メンバーのロイネとハッセ・フレベリ、前作で20年以上ぶりに復帰した結成メンバーのマイケル・ストルト。そして、2018年の「フラワー・キングス・リヴィジテッド」ツアーに参加したザックとミルコのうち、アメリカ在住のザック・カミンス (kbd)が抜けで4人態勢となった。今作はロイネ・ストルトが追求してきたヴィンテージ楽器/機材で録音されていて、1970年代のプログレ名盤をほうふつとさせる温かく魅力的なサウンドに仕上がっており、デジタルに染まったメタリックで硬派なサウンドは影を潜め、アナログ・フィーリング溢れる過ぎ去りしロック黄金時代へと誘ってくれるような作品。新旧のプログレ必聴のアルバム。近作3作品はどれも90分超えのCD2枚組仕様でのリリースが続いていたが、久しぶりにCD1枚で67分のヴォリュームで、凝縮された音楽が詰まった力作となっている。
