湊かなえ原作。"毒(ポイズン)"を抱えた6人の女性たち。母と娘、姉と妹、友達、男と女・・・ あなたの正常を鮮やかに反転させる、ポイズン・ミステリー。寺島しのぶ、足立梨花、清原果耶、中村ゆり、倉科カナ、伊藤歩。全6話の各話に"ポイズン(毒)"を抱えた女性たちが登場。原作のキャラクターを重視した企画性の高いキャスティングが実現した。――女優・藤吉弓香(足立梨花)は、幼い頃から母親・佳香(寺島しのぶ)の過干渉に悩まされてきた。親友・理穂(山下リオ)の結婚式のために帰省した弓香は、同級生と再会し恋に落ち、新しいドラマの仕事も入り、順調に人生の歯車が回り始めたと感じていたが、佳香が、それらを裏でことごとく潰していったことを知る。弓香は、テレビのトークショーで母への鬱積した感情をついに爆発させた。
