This is Testament's 14th studio album and the first with new drummer Chris Dovas, who has breathed his youthful exuberance into the band. A band that issued their first album in 1987, to be still making albums as strong as this one, is a delight to behold. So what does this record bring to the band for long time listeners and fans who maybe checking them out for the first time? Something new, with the chaotic and frantic drums from someone half the band's core age, that familiar yet distinct Testament sound that evolves from full on thrash, to death, to some hard rock riffs, throw in a some black metal blast beats for good measure. But it's the songs that are melodic are they are sometime brutal, singer Chuck Billy delivers quite a broad vocals range and mix's that up with a number of different styles. Eleven killer songs, that includes the ballad, 'Meant To Be' which starts off as a nice acoustic piece, then develops into an almost progressive rampage jamming into 7.5 minute epic and defiantly a highlight of the album and also a welcome break from the onslaught of this very heavy album. Not a dud to be found here, this veteran band are getting stronger as they get older, this is easily top three in their entire discography. The Japan only release features full live performances of the band's first two albums (The Legacy and The New Order) both on seperate audio discs and on blu-ray. Both perfoamnces are of the highest standard.

I am so impressed every time another special edition is released for tbhk, the art is as spectacular as always and the bonus item being a whole advent calendar is so generous! Cannot wait to open it once it hits december. Heavily reccommend to anyone who loves tbhk or manga in general, this has been my favourite series since finding it in 2020. Arrived super quick. Overall incredibly happy with the book and bonus item!

I love this movie with all my heart. this particular set has a bunch of cool bonuses too. unfortunately the movie itself has no subtitles so if you want to fully understand it but are not fluent in Japanese, its not as good as it could be.

I remember buying this on cassette tape in 1982, which I still have in 2025. This however is the first time I have bough this classic album on CD. So after 43 years how does this actually sound? Pretty amazing that how it sounds, the SHM-CD has great clarity, punch and dynamics letting the music speak for itself. The 9 songs on here are all timeless classics, every one of them has a great melody, musical interlude and something that never grows old.

"Alpha" is the second album by the "supergroup", and once again comprises entirely of shorter, more commercially orientated songs than those of the members' previous groups. Asia do not make prog as we know it. This is first class stuff nonetheless.

If you like Frank Zappa, you’ll love “Erie”, and notice all the subtleties, conceptual continuities, and in-jokes. This is history you are listening to, so enjoy, or accept it as a document of the times. “Erie” never sounds better than good, Zappa’s attention to quality recording, and the loving hands of the ZFT elves meaning it could have been recorded yesterday.

Musicianship as ever is superb, and the music inspirational. This is an album for lovers of excellent, heartfelt, brilliantly performed music.

This self title album is a very audacious epic-kraut effort that variously infiltrates the grandiose-like pleasure of symphonic progressive rock. Their stylistic approach is well exposed in this ensemble of improvised eccentricities and melodic songs.

There are lots of good bits of symphonic rock, hard rock, psychedelia and a slight dose of jamming. I wouldn't call it symphonic Krautrock, but I will say that it's a very enjoyable album from on of the deeper sanctums of prog rock. The compositions are simply too tasteful to pass up.

I love this book so much!!! The illustrations are so pretty and I can just look at each of them for so long!!! The book came in great condition and it was packaged with a lot of care, which I am thankful for. I love Given so much and this is definitely a must have if you are a fan!!!

Without a doubt my favourite music box of the set. The melody loops very nicely, the music box in itself is simplistic but pretty, the sound rendition is perfect. The packaging was intact, nothing to complain about.

Beate's theme is perfect for a music box adaptation, I don't regret my purchase. The packaging is on par with Square-Enix usual quality of service and there are no defects to report. I'm quite happy.

Arrived in perfect condition, the individual packagings prevented any scratch on the magnets. The art is beautifully rendered and it has a very nice feel to the touch. It's really well crafted and sticks perfectly to the fridge.

I've had quite a few editions of this groundbreaking album, but this version is just perfect. Especially the Blu-Ray and the new 2025 mixes are excellent.

For a full album of this quality pricing is amazing. Absolutely love Vaundy's music so there were no regrets in this purchase. The range of songs in this album are also great.

"Moving Pictures" is a flawless meisterwerk, a product of a band confident and assured in and of their writing and playing.

The overall result is an excellent, though somehow bleak and disturbing album, proving Rush's ability to change with the times (even at the risk of alienating some hard-core, long-time fans) and incorporate disparate influences in their output. “Grace Under Pressure” may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's undeniably progressive. Highly recommended - at least to those who keep an open mind.

An enthusiastic, optimistic symphonic album, full of fantasies and humor. A difficult, complex album. In a minor way this is a classic.
