Wynton Kelly was a regular member of the Left Bank Jazz Society, a jazz fan group in Baltimore, Maryland, and in 1967 he played with Joe Henderson and Hank Mobley. In 1968, he joined with George Coleman on saxophone, and the world of hard bop music became even richer and more attractive.
