1970年夏のツアーをもって4人で演奏することをやめたCSN&Yはそれぞれのソロ活動を積極的に行いそれぞれ成功をおさめたことが奏功し、フィルモアの名物プロモーター、ビル・グラハムの強いプッシュもあって1974年7月9日を皮切りに全米24会場31回のスタジアム・ツアー (カナダ、イギリでも行った)を敢行。100万人以上を動員したこのリユニオン・ツアーは大好評のうちに幕を閉じ、各地で録音された楽曲の数々を収録したライヴ・アルバムの発売が予定された。しかしそれは一切発売されることはなく、40年を経過した2014年、ようやくグラハム・ナッシュのプロデュースによりCDとして発売! 解説・歌詞翻訳付 (英語歌詞は掲載されておりません)。輸入盤国内仕様。
