[GOOD PRICEキャンペーン] R.E.M.のワーナー・イヤーの軌跡を映像でたどる! 数々のヒット曲をステレオ&サラウンド・サウンドで楽しめるベスト・クリップ集!! 曲間のメンバー・コメントやライヴ映像 (3曲)も収録! 本作品は、いよいよ登場するワーナー初のベスト・アルバムに合わせた形で登場するクリップ集です。幾つかのクリップは既発売の映像作品『ポップ・スクリーン』『パラレル』『ジス・フィルム・イズ・オン』に収録されていましたが、ヒット曲を一挙に楽しめるアイテムは今回が初めてのもので、新曲「バッド・デイ」から年代を遡り「オレンジ・クラッシュ」まで、各曲冒頭にそれぞれの時代のメンバー・コメント映像 (EPKからの抜粋等)をはさむ形で構成。さらに、ボーナス・ビデオとして初パッケージ化となる6曲のクリップが追加されている他、ロンドンのトラファルガー・スクウェアで2001年4月29日に行なわれた "2001's South Africa Freedom Day concert" 出演時のライヴ映像も収録。
