Monsters, Inc. follows a series of successful films from Pixar, namely the two "Toy Story" films and "A Bug's Life." (but not in that order). The movie is a technical marvel and offers a great comical adventure for kids and adults of all ages. The actors who play the characters' voices add fun and further dimensions to the film. Our monster heroes "Sully" Sullivan and Mike Wazowski are voiced by John Goodman and Billy Crystal respectively. The rest of the vocal cast includes Jennifer Tilly, James Coburn, and Steve Buscemi. Tilly in particular proves once again (following "Bride of Chucky" ) that she's got one of the most instantly recognizable voices in film history. Randy Newman's "If I Didn't Have You" won the 2002 Best Song Oscar. DVD special features include "For The Birds" - 2001 Oscar Winner for Best Animated Short Film, and over 130-minutes worth of material including "The Monsters, Inc - Company," "Abandoned Concepts," "Pixar Tour," and more.
