this may have been the last great gm record of the 80s but i still love wild frontier so i cant be the judge of that, this album in 1985 brought a down and out phil lynott back into the picture where phil guested on tracks like out in the feilds and so on, this was a very good hard rock record for its time and it still holds up well today, i felt the production on this record was a bit polished as im sure gary was looking to break the us market with this record as that was the path gary seemed to be on from 1984 through 1989, any gm fan will love this album, the mastering sounds great and the lp replication as per the original japan lp sleeve is perfect!! also im pretty sure this was phil lynotts last recording before his death in january 1986

Mini LP is very nice, complete with inner sleeve and a poster of Gary (standing with a guitar in an Empty Room). This is a non-SHM release but the sound is great regardless , very clear and warm. Great album from 1985 with lots killer guitar work and solos from Gary, brings back memories of course. Boy sometimes i really miss those days! Phil Lynott guests on a couple of tracks. The bonus tracks are fantastic a great re-recorded studio version of Still in Love With You (w/Phil Lynott) , and 2 great live tracks from Ulster Hall in Ireland 1984....one is Stop Messin' Around (Peter Green cover) and the other is Murder in the Skies! Killer live versions! Highly recommended!
