2006年5月15日から全国18回のコンサート、舞台演目にあわせたCD。アルフレッド・ハウゼは50年代後半から60年代ずっと、自らのストリングス中心の独特のタンゴ・アンサンブルでドイツ発の当時としては斬新な編曲で世界を風靡。日本でも人気オーケストラとなった。今回発売の作品は1983年頃から本人がデジタル録音しなおしたもので音質は文句無く素晴らしい。
