自主制作のCDR一枚で東京インディーシーンの話題をさらった噂のベッドタウンポップミュージック、或いはコンビニエント・サバーブ・ポップグループ遂にその全貌が明らかに。。。混沌と破壊衝動が入り交じったシティポップ。ジャズやカントリー、はたまた、歌謡曲、インプロ具合も混じり合う、彼らの育ったベッドタウンの、風景である便利でも不便でも無いこの"どうしようも無い"感情が爆発した傑作!お世辞にも演奏は上手では無いが熱気と初期衝動が詰まりまくった1STアルバム。通勤・通学、買い物に出かけるのも東京の中心部、だが生まれ育ったのは都会の喧噪からは離れた、閑静な土地。町自体は独立しているが、中心部ほど華やかではない。しかしながら地方都市の独特の臭いは無い。山も遠くに見えるが、近くにビル群も見える。そんな風景が、ベッドタウンと言われる西東京周辺に育つ多くの子供達、大人達が見ている通常の風景。アルバム「常夜灯」名盤が生まれる瞬間は、いつもひょんな所からだった。自主制作のCDR一枚で東京インディーシーンから、玄人までも虜にしたバンドをその耳で確かめて欲しい!!
