鬼束ちひろが、東芝EMI在籍時にリリースしたオリジナルアルバム3枚を初のアナログレコード化。なぜ、彼女が、2000年初頭の時代に彗星の如く現れて、そして圧倒的な支持を得たのか? その答えが、この初期3枚のオリジナルアルバムの中にある。2002年12月11日に発売された鬼束ちひろの3rdアルバム。前作「This Armor」からわずか9か月という短いスパンでリリースされ、この間にシングルが1枚もリリースされていないため、収録曲が全て新曲で構成されている。そして前代未聞の"リリース前に日本武道館でアルバム全曲披露"を敢行した。テーマは原点回帰、"歌とピアノ"という鬼束ちひろにとっての絶対的なベースに立ち返り、よりミニマルに、より研ぎ澄まされた世界観を大胆に映し出している作品。祈りにも似た深い情念がいつまでも心に響く一枚。2023年最新リマスタリング。
