Not as loud / clear sounding as the USA 1997 Remasters, actually the sound is a little disappointing. The album however is solid enough. The Paul Stanley songs really shine through, Thrills In The Night, Heavens On Fire etc...classics. The Gene Simmons songs are slightly under-par compared to the genuine classics from the Lick It Up & Creatures Of The Night albums...Murder In High Heels, Burn Bitch Burn are ordinary. Still a very good album, worth buying.
