This is my 2nd ownership of Hysteria. This is my 1st SHM-CD! Sound review...wow this SHM mastering is mind blowing! Doesn't sound digital at all! As good as the Mobile Fidelity mastering but different. MF sounds '80's v-shaped, extremely tube-like. SHM mastering EQ is more flat, extremely transparent and 'black' in background but also warm minus the tube EQ.
To me, one of my top ten of all times, absolutely essential for all rock fans, does not matter if you are a hard rock fan, or AOR..or classic heavy metal, or simply Rock fan, this album are magic, with incredible sounds and that marked an era
