目まぐるしいノイズとエレクトロニックサウンドで構成された作曲家・平本正宏のオペラの完全版リリース。建築家・鳴川肇、天文学者・田中雅臣、振付家・小尻健太、ファッションデザイナー・Siki Imとコラボレートして制作・上演された『OPERA -NEO-』をプロトタイプとし、加筆、修正を行い完成した本作は、全編が激しく美しいエレクトロニックミュージックで描かれた前代未聞のオペラ作品である。地球や月、火星を舞台に、宇宙飛行士の女を通して人類と宇宙の関係性、その起源が描かれていく物語は、ミリセコンド単位で緻密にエディットされた目まぐるしいノイズとエレクトロニックサウンド、そしてリフレインすることのないメロディ群によって表現されている。
