リード曲「キャンドルソング」はASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION後藤正文氏プロデュース! a flood of circleのアンセム完成! かねてより親交がありリスペクトしていた後藤氏と、2023年7月に行われたROTH BART BARONのイベントで再会した事をきっかけにプロデュースを依頼。快諾してくれた後藤氏と共に「a flood of circleのアンセム曲を作ろう」との意図の元に制作された「キャンドルソング」。8月に開催される日比谷公園大音楽堂でのライブのハイライトで演奏されているシーンが目に浮かぶ、バンドにとってのまさにアンセムになるであろう楽曲になった。その他の4曲も、ライブで盛り上がる事必死なロックナンバーや、軽快でポップな曲などがラインナップ。さらに初回限定盤には、2023年9月7日に新代田FEVERで行われ、チケットが争奪戦となったインディー時代のミニアルバム2枚「a flood of circle」「泥水のメロディー」の再現ライブ～2023.09.07 Live at LIVE HOUSE FEVER～の映像16曲分を収録したDVD付き。15thアニバーサリーを盛り上げるために生み出されたEP「CANDLE SONGS」。マストゲットアイテム!
