「KinKi Kids」堂本剛主演! 非行に走った不良少年、残虐な別人格を持つ弁護士、純粋な心を持つ少女・・・。若者達の愛と憎しみを描いた青春ラブストーリー。――全身から荒んだ雰囲気を発散させる若い男・リュウ(堂本剛)の鋭い目配せが走り、トシ(小橋賢児)、マサシ(吉沢悠)が動いた。バスが停留所に着いた瞬間を狙ったひったくりであった。一瞬の出来事に呆然とする被害者・本田(山本圭)を庇う暇もなく、3人の追跡に移った弁護士の圭一(上川隆也)は、首謀者のリュウを路地に追い詰めていた。だが、ナイフで傷つけられ、圭一が怯んだ隙にリュウは逃走。奪ったバッグの中の現金を賭け、荒っぽいストリート・バスケに興じるリュウたちにも刑事の手がのびてきた。リュウの首を締め上げる片瀬刑事(嶋田久作)に、母親の件を持ち出されたリュウの目に、一瞬だが悲しみと殺意が過ぎった。その頃、圭一は家裁で少年の弁護に励むかたわら、婚約者・薫(篠原涼子)との愛を育んでいた。そんな所に、本田が助けられた御礼に来た。そして凶悪な少年犯罪に怒りを爆発させていた。かつて、暴走族に一人息子が殺害されていたのであった。子猫を助けようとする茜(奥菜恵)が、川が深いため困っていると、茜に代わって子猫を助けてくれた男がいた。リュウと茜の出逢いであった。胸をときめかせた2人の仲が急接近するなか、そんな2人を茜に想いを寄せるトシに見られてしまい、激しい嫉妬をかってしまった。そんな折、ゲームセンター襲撃事件が起き、本田が襲われ意識不明の重体。リュウは容疑者として連行されるのだが・・・。
