兄と妹、極限の姿を描き、公開と同時に大ヒット。映画祭やレビューでも称賛を浴びた衝撃作がDVD化。ポン・ジュノ監督の元で研鑽を積んだ片山慎三監督による初長編作品。兄の良夫を演じるのは、冨永昌敬監督作『ローリング』(15)での演技が印象に残る名バイプレーヤー、松浦祐也。妹真理子を演じるのは瀬々敬久監督作『菊とギロチン』(18)で女力士役に挑戦し、本作でも体当たりの演技を見せる和田光沙。――また、真理子が居なくなった・・・自閉症の妹のたびたびの失踪を心配し、探し回る兄の良夫だったが、今回は夜になっても帰ってはこない。やっと帰ってきた妹だが、町の男に体を許し金銭を受け取っていたことを知り、妹をしかりつける。しかし、罪の意識を持ちつつも互いの生活のため妹へ売春の斡旋をし始める兄。このような生活を続ける中、今まで理解のしようもなかった妹の本当の喜びや悲しみに触れ、戸惑う日々を送る。そんな時、妹の心と身体にも変化が起き始めていた・・・。ふたりぼっちになった障碍を持つ兄妹が、犯罪に手を染めたことから人生が動きだす。
