Moomins and the Comet Chase

[Machine Translation] Tove Jansson's most beloved "Puppet Moomins for adults" is now available on Blu-ray! The TV series produced in Poland from 1978 to 1982, supervised by Tove herself, has been color-corrected and re-edited into a beautiful feature-length film. In this story, Moomintroll meets Snufkin, who later becomes his best friend, and Snork's daughter, who becomes his girlfriend. The film is filled with scenes of important encounters for the Moomin series. --One morning, Moomintroll wakes up to find that everything in the Moomin Valley has turned gray: the sky, the river, the trees, the ground, and even the Moomin House. When he asked Mr. Muskrat, who knew everything, he was told that it was the prelude to the arrival of a terrible comet from the sky. Moomintroll and Sniff are frightened. Moominpappa and Moominmamma decide to send them to the observatory to investigate the comet. Moomintroll and Sniff set off on a raft that Moominpappa had made for them, and they met Snufkin, who was pitching a tent by the riverbank.
