森の窓を開けよう。そこに音楽が鳴っている。2023年9月8日より、音楽家 haruka nakamuraが蔦屋書店の一部店舗の店内音楽を1年間担当する。楽曲は全て蔦屋書店プロジェクトのための書き下ろし曲。本を扱う書店のコンセプトでもある「森」をテーマに、2024年夏までの期間中、4作品のアルバムを制作予定。ハルカナカムラのキャリアの中では新しいサウンドでありながら、どこか懐かしい独創的なアンビエント・ミュージック。80年代的なシンセサイザー、遠くに鳴る讃美歌、残響するピアノ、エレクトロニカ、フェンダーローズ、落ち着いたミニマル。リラックスを求められる現代において、森の中で深呼吸をしているような楽曲たち。その音楽は写真家・川内倫子による未発表写真のジャケットと共に、美しい装丁のCDアルバムとしても展開。
