2019年10月20日のフィラデルフィア公演をもって無期限の活動休止となっていたTOTO。COVID-19 のパンデミックに際し、バンドの中心人物スティーヴ・ルカサー(g/vo.)とジョセフ・ウィリアムス(vo.)が自身のキャリア、バンドの未来と向き合い、どう前に進むべきかを模索する中で、「TOTOの名前を使って、音楽と愛を前進させ続ける (by スティーヴ・ルカサー)」道と手段を選んだ。その皮切りとして昨年11月21日に、二人をコアメンバーとした新たなラインナップで世界に向けて一夜限りのオンライン・ライヴを開催。本作は、その貴重なライヴを"真空パック"したファン必携のLIVEパッケージとなる。ジョン・ピアース (b)、ロバート"スパット" シーライト (d)、ドミニク"エグゼヴィア"タプリン (Key)、ウォーレン・ハム (sax, flute他)、スティーヴ・マッジオラ (key)、デヴィッド・ペイチ (Key）といった錚々たるミュージシャンズ・ミュージシャンが集結!
