1954年、アリゾナ州生まれ。元フィフス・アヴェニュー・バンドのジョン・リンド (後にEW&F「Boogie Wonderland」やマドンナ「Crazy For You」を提供)らとハウディ・ムーンを結成し、1974年にレコード・デビューを果たす。このソロ・デビュー作は、EW&F作品のエンジニアとして知られるジョージ・マッセンバーグ、リトル・フィートのローウェル・ジョージ、EW&Fのモーリス・ホワイトがプロデュースし、チャック・レイニー (b)、ジェフ・ポーカロ (ds)など西海岸の一流ミュージシャンたちが参加している。1曲目の「Ooh Child」はR&Bグループ、ファイヴ・ステアステップスのカバー。 (1977年作品) ■Blu-spec CD2 ■2005年リマスタリング ■解説/歌詞・対訳付き
