繊細なシンガー・ソングライター的なデビュー作に比べ、ポップ寄りの楽曲が増えた2ndアルバム。前作と同じリンダ・ロンシュタット～ブリンドル陣営のミュージシャンを中心に、新たにドン・グロルニック (p)、デヴィッド・リンドレー (g)らが参加。オープニングを飾る「Trouble Again (涙に染めて)」は、リンダ・ロンシュタットが歌いたいと申し出たにもかかわらず、自分で歌いたいからと断ったという逸話が残るほどの自信作。本国では大きなヒットにはならなかったが、日本ではラジオを中心に人気を獲得した。トラディショナル・ナンバーに加筆した「The Water Is Wide (悲しみの水辺)」のアコースティック・ギターはジェイムス・テイラー。 (1979年作品) ■Blu-spec CD2 ■2005年リマスタリング ■解説/歌詞・対訳付き
