This time, the group will again incorporate rock'n'roll, reggae, Latin, blues, jazz, and more with a horn section, violin, piano, sanshin, and other extravagant guest musicians, and five of the 11 songs in the "Dance Constitution Series" will feature lyrics from the Constitution as is.

"JUST A BEAT SHOW"で80～90年代のロックシーンをけん引したthe JUMPSの島キクジロウが、原発訴訟等で国や大企業と闘う弁護士となり、小澤亜子(ex.ゼルダ)ら多数の仲間たちと憲法をテーマにしたアルバムを制作。2015年夏、甲本ヒロト、マグミ、宙也らをゲストに迎え、新しい人権"ノー・ニュークス権"を宣言したファーストアルバム『ROCK`N'LAWYER宣言』のリリースから4年。今回もホーンセクション、ヴァイオリン、ピアノ、三線等、ぜいたくなゲストミュージシャンたちと共に、ロックンロール、レゲエ、ラテン、ブルース、ジャズ等を取り入れ、11曲中5曲が、歌詞の一部で憲法の条文をそのまま歌う"ダンス憲法シリーズ"。
