The "WIDE AWAKE EP" contains four songs with a pop-rock sound that incorporates elements of R&B, gospel, 80's and even 90's music. With the theme of "night", the songs will change the listener's daily life into something "a little bit extraordinary". The title "WIDE AWAKE" is a keyword that appears in the lyrics of all four songs with different meanings: "wake up," "can't sleep," "understand," "notice," and more. The artwork is by Brooklyn-based Margo's DeaD, as on the previous album.
