Hi-STANDARDの復活を決定づけるカバー集「Vintage & New,Gift Shits」の発売が決定! 97年に7インチ(レコード)でリリースされていたシンディ・ローパー「MONEY CHANGES EVERYTHING」、同じくドイツのパンクバンドWIZOとのスプリットシングルに収録されていたジョン・レノン「HAPPY XMAS (WAR IS OVER)」が約20年の時を経て待望のCD化。アナログ盤からのデジタルリマスタリングとなっている。そこにビーチボーイズ「I GET AROUND」、ザ・シュプリームス「YOU CAN'T HURRY LOVE」の2曲 (こちらは新録)を収録した4曲入りカバー集。前後半の楽曲で時代の変化を色濃く感じられる音の違いも聴き所のひとつ。
