デビュー30周年のWinkが贈るスペシャル企画第4弾。2018年春よりシングル・アナログ盤の復刻、全アルバム15タイトル、シングル・ベストなどのオリジナル・リマスター盤をリリース。その間にテレビ出演等で復帰を果たすなど、再び脚光を浴びているWinkが贈るのは、マリオネット・アイドルと賞賛された映像のリイシュー2タイトルを同日リリース。1990年の1stツアー「Shining Star」と1992年春のツアー「Sapphire」を収録したライブ映像集『Wink Performance Memories』のボーナス映像には、1992年にWOWOW「Silent Night From Angels '92」でオンエアされたスタジオ・ライブ「La Soiree D'anges～天使たちの夜会～」を収録 (現在入手困難)。更に初DVD化となる同番組のオープニング、エンディングで相田翔子と鈴木早智子がソロで歌唱する2曲を収録。パッケージ・デザインも刷新した30th Limited Editionのリリース。
