1stアルバム『Telesco』発表から20周年を迎える多幸感ダンス・バンドPepe CaliforniaとTICAの武田カオリがコラボ!! 2018年の夏。銀座ソニーパークで行われた共演ライブが評判を呼び、夏から秋に掛けて各地方で行われるフェスに続けて参加し、そのままの勢いでレコーディングに入ることに。当初はPepe Californiaのトラックに武田がメロディと歌詞をつけて歌っていたものの、それでは飽き足らず、完全にオリジナルの楽曲が仕上がっていく。1ヶ月ほどかけてレコーディングした5曲をリリースする運びとなった。
